The renovated arcade features space for retail, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, multiple floors of residential space and more including a section known as The Hub, which is a joint venture between the University of Dayton and The Entrepreneurs Center. Our team performed a large amount of the plumbing and HVAC work, as well as installed new fire protection systems throughout the seven-building complex.
